Q: I am a member of the public, can I buy products directly from you?
A: As a consumer, you are able to place an order for Am-Tech products on our website. We then use a nifty piece of technology to pass these orders onto our retail partners to fulfil. This allows us here at DK Tools Ltd to support our local retailers whilst giving you the best quality service and speed of delivery, on a safe and secure website.

Q: What is Shopatron?
A: Shopatron are a software provider that allows us to pass orders placed on this website onto our retail partners to fulfil and ship to you, as consumers.

Q: Where do you delivery consumer orders?
A: Orders placed on our website through Shopatron can currently be delivered to England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland

Q: Do your products have a warranty?
A: Yes, all of our products come with a One Year Product Replacement Warranty. You can also register your Am-Tech product for an extended warranty (for free) by completing the Product Registration form within 30 days of purchase. You can find out more here:

Q: My Am-Tech product has developed a fault - what should I do?
A: All of our products come with a One Year Product Replacement Warranty. If your Am-Tech product develops a fault within 12 months of purchase, please fill out a Warranty Claim Form and send your item in the post back to our returns department. You can find out more here:

Q: I have a technical question about an Am-Tech product - who should I contact?

Trade FAQs

Q: How do I become an Am-Tech stockist or re-seller?
A: To become an Am-Tech stockist, simply fill out our "Become a Stockist" form here. A member of our sales team will then get in touch with you to help you take it further and place your first order with us.

Q: How do I set up an online trade account with DK Tools?
A: If you are a current trade customer, please speak to your account manager or our central office to obtain your login details for the online B2B zone, where you can place your orders online (and much more).

Q: I am selling your goods online, can I download your product images online?
A: Yes, you can download all of our images in the online B2B zone. Please login or request your login details from your account manager or central office.

Q: I would like to be visited by one of your sales representatives, is this possible?

A: Yes, please firstly complete an stockist application form here, and a member of our sales team will get in contact with you. Once you have registered your application, we can also arrange an appointment to visit our showroom.

Q: I have lost my instruction manual for an Am-Tech product, can I download the manual from your website?
A: Yes, please search for the item in the item search bar. On the product page, you will find a downloadable version (pdf) of the appropriate instruction manual.

Q: I am selling your items, can you provide me with the wording for product descriptions/features?
A: Yes, please send us an email and we will email you a spreadsheet containing all the product features.
